In my own golf swing, I have consistently noticed that i have a very upright posture (even with my wedges and putter lol!), even though my weight is evenly distributed between the balls of my feet. Therefore, what exercises or drills can i do that involve both strength and flexibility? For your information, i actually have an in to out swing path anyways, which can cause a few good shots and some inconsistencies..
